BIOGRAPHY

Rosanne Bell is the Senior Executive Leader of Australian Securities and Investments Commission's registry business. Rosanne has over 20 years of regulatory experience in a variety of roles in Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Rosanne is responsible for providing efficient and accessible registration services with a strong focus on cutting red tape for small businesses. ASIC has over 4 million registered entities on over 30 registers. Rosanne has led the implementation of several Government policy reforms impacting the registry including the new national Business Names register in 2012. Most recently Rosanne has led the ASIC registry's involvement in a Government tender process that considered the privatisation of the ASIC registry.
