BIOGRAPHY

Graduated as a Lawyer from Pontificia Javeriana University, Specialist in Business Law from Externado University, as well as in Administrative Law from Salamanca University and Master's degree in law from University Sergio Arboleda in Colombia. Throughout his professional development he has had experience in both, the private sector especially in Financial Sector in which has been advisor of the Banking Sector and Fiduciaries; and the public sector where he held the position of legal Advisor in the Colombian Ministry of Justice, the Administrative Director of the Governorship of Cundinamarca and delegate Register in the National Registry. Currently is the vice president of registry services at the Bogota Chamber of Commerce and holds the position of technical secretary of ASORLAC. (Latin American and Caribbean Registries Association)
