Justin Hygate the Registry Geek...

Justin spent 26 years with the New Zealand Companies Office; over which time the Companies Office gained an international reputation for innovative service delivery and best practice registry management.

Justin is Vice President Registry Innovation at Foster Moore International Limited, The Registry People, where his role is to bring innovation and registry best practice to international clients through their products and consultancy.

Justin is very active in the international registry community; he held the position of Secretary of the Corporate Registers Forum (CRF) from its inception in 2003 until 2011.  In fact, he has only ever missed one CRF, Rio 2014, as he was helping with the rebuild of the Christchurch Court after the earthquakes of 2011.  Justin was also the Chair of the International Relations Section of the International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA).

Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
