BIOGRAPHY

Served previously as Director for Companies and Close Corporations Registration Division, joined the Companies Office in 1996. Currently serving as Head: Corporate Disclosure Regulation and Compliance, part of the Business Regulation and Reputation Group within CIPC. Former CRF Conference Chair in Cape Town, 2009 and former CRF EXCO Member for two terms. Holds Technikon Certificates in Corporate Law and Advanced Corporate Law, National Diploma in Municipal Administration; Executive Development Programme  (EDP) from Tshwane University of Technology.
