BIOGRAPHY

Since 2008, Annika is the Director General at the Companies Registration Office in Sweden. She started as a lawyer at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office in 1996. Bolagsverket started July the 1, 2004 and she has worked as the Head of Administration and the Head of Development.

Annika has participated in the development of e- services, nationally and internationally as a board member of the European Business Register (EBR EEIG) and within the European Commerce Registers Forum (ECRF) with benchmarking and as the President since 2014. Between 2009 and 2015, Annika was a delegate and the Chairmen of the Swedish eGovernment Delegation. She is also the Deputy Chairmen in the Swedish eIdentification Board since 2011.
